Who is speaking?
Tiisetso Monatisa, Senior Consultant at Obsidian Systems, is known as “Your How-To Guy” for a reason. He is a certified Atlassian Expert Emeritus with credentials in Jira Cloud Administration, Service Project Management, and Agile Transformation. His expertise spans cloud migrations, ITSM delivery, and smart Jira workflows. Tiisetso will walk attendees through some of the most underused but high-impact automation features that deliver instant wins.
Joining him is Nick Holdstock, Team Lead at Obsidian Systems and “Your Solutions Guy.” Nick brings deep experience in DevOps culture, ITIL-based service management, and agile frameworks.
